Brief Summary
Disciplined Agile was developed by Scott Ambler and his team several years ago, and is gradually finding its way into organizations. It provides a toolkit that combines new ideas, ideas from earlier agile methodologies, and lean practices to facilitate using an agile aproach across the enterprise. It’s not “one size fits all.” Disciplined Agile includes guidance on roles, team structures, and processes that are intended to be molded to how different areas of a company operate.
